Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Are Ka-Me products gluten-free?

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days for a full refund or replacement.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Ka-Me Store only ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to more international destinations soon.

How should I store my Ka-Me sauces and noodles?

Unopened products should be stored in a cool, dry pantry. Once opened, sauces and cooked noodles should be refrigerated and consumed within the timeframe specified on the packaging.
